Organizational Benchmark Questions
The assessment begins with a 4-hour Zoom workshop led by a skilled Horizon Business Training Solutions facilitator with a group of your subject matter experts. We lead the discussion revolving around 50 questions. During the collaboration we encourage open dialog so participants have an opportunity to voice their opinion and observations so as to reach consensus regarding a ranking for each question.

Organizational Benchmark Assessment Bar Chart Results
Upon completing the organizational benchmark assessment, participants will be shown real time results so they can see how initiatives have been ranked based on their answers to the questions. This is a great way to continue the collaboration to confirm results and observations and to begin meaningful dialog regarding areas of opportunity to explore.
The assessment reports will be emailed to your organizational benchmark assessment senior leadership champion including follow-up conversations to discuss our no obligation next step recommendations based on the assessment results and workshop discussions.
Organizational Benchmark Assessment Spider Chart Results
Workshop participants will also be shown, in real time, the organizational benchmark assessment in spider graph format so they can see the high, low, and average scores for the groups of related questions. This value feedback will show exactly where focus may be required to help align resources to address the most pressing issues.
This report will also be emailed to your organizational benchmark assessment senior leadership champion as part of the assessment follow-up to discuss the results and our no obligation recommendations for next steps.
4-Hour Consultation Terms
To help maximize the no obligation 4-hours of free consulting to perform the Organizational Benchmark Assessment, Horizon Business Training Solutions (HBTS) does have a few requirements and ground rules to ensure a successful engagement both for us and for your organization:
- The request for the 4-hours of free consulting must be initiated by a senior leader designated as the champion for change and who has the authority to initiate the engagement.
- The designated champion will collaborate with HBTS to arrange a firm date and time to conduct the 4-hour workshop in a single sitting.
- The designated champion will be responsible to assign respective subject matter experts (SMEs) to the assessment workshop and to also ensure participant's attendance.
- Upon conclusion of the workshop, at a mutually acceptable date and time, the designated champion agrees to a follow up call or Zoom meeting with HBTS to discuss the results, our observations, and recommendations.
- If the designated champion wishes to engage HBTS to provide follow up services, we continue good faith discussions to work out arrangements regarding specifics and timelines that work for all parties.
